Jalsa Salana UK 2025 – Ladies Session (Translation)

Fatiha Nadeem and Madhea Iqbal talk about the beneficial and uplifting Lajna UK National Ijtema experiences they have had as they look forward to the next Ijtema, recording this with a few days to go!

In January 2022 we began posting the British Muslim Women’s Podcast on our blog site and later on SoundCloud. Each podcast covers topics relevant to faith and life and is researched, written and recorded by members of our team and guest participants.

The Peace Symposium was warmly received, with guests expressing appreciation for the inspiring talks, welcoming atmosphere, and meaningful connections.

Our team has mobilised as the need arises and campaigns include negative comments about Muslim women, women’s sportswear, the veil and the proposed ban on first cousin marriage. Letters have been published in a range of national newspapers, both online and in print.
