The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was founded by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be upon him) in Qadian, India in 1889. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad claimed to be the Messiah whose coming was foretold by Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam (peace and blessings be upon him). He founded the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community as a revival of the true teachings of Islam which are embodied by spreading peace, love, and justice for all of mankind.

Established worldwide, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is united in spreading the peaceful message of Islam. Currently led by its fifth Caliph (spiritual leader), Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is dedicated to serving mankind in various ways. From establishing schools and medical clinics in underserved areas around the world, to volunteering with local organizations, this community has made many contributions in order to strive for the betterment of humanity.
