Majlis-e-Shura is a consultative assembly in which members gather to discuss important matters, offer suggestions, and provide recommendations for the betterment of the Community. Decisions are made through mutual consultation in a spirit of prayer, unity, and service.
And those who hearken to their Lord, and observe Prayer, and whose affairs are decided by mutual consultation, and who spend out of what We have provided for them,
(Holy Quran 42:39)
“Shura Work” is a new feature added on to the Lajna UK website. It will house all new resources generated as a result of Shura proposals. We hope and pray that members of Lajna UK will derive maximum benefit from these.
